Welcome to the WIDE Institute of Driving. By accessing or using our Learning Management System (LMS) and website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, purchasing a course, or simply browsing the WIDE LMS platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using the platform.

2. User Accounts & Responsibilities

To access our premium driving modules, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials.
  • Be solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3. Course Enrollment & Payments

All fees for courses are clearly stated on the platform. By enrolling in a course, you agree to the following payment terms:

  • Payments are processed securely through our authorized payment gateways.
  • Access to premium course materials is granted only after successful payment verification.
  • Refunds are subject to our specific Refund Policy, generally allowing refunds only if the course material has not been accessed or completed beyond a certain threshold within 7 days of purchase.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the WIDE LMS—including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, logos, quizzes, and software—is the property of the WIDE Institute of Driving or its content creators and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.

5. Code of Conduct

We foster a professional and respectful learning environment. Users are strictly prohibited from:

  • Attempting to cheat, manipulate quiz scores, or bypass course completion requirements.
  • Sharing account access with unauthorized individuals (one account per student).
  • Posting offensive, discriminatory, or harmful content in forums or communication channels.
  • Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the LMS platform.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination without a refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

The online modules provided by WIDE are designed to prepare you for theoretical driving exams and safe driving practices. However, driving a physical vehicle involves inherent risks. The WIDE Institute of Driving shall not be held liable for any accidents, damages, injuries, or legal infractions that occur while you are operating a vehicle. Theoretical knowledge must always be combined with supervised, practical driving experience.

7. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or through a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
